Buhari is Beating Jonathan in Imo, Kwara, Ondo, Oyo, Osun, Lagos

The results are trickling in and from what Spy Media has observed so far, Muhammadu Buhari of the APC is clearly leading Goodluck Jonathan of the PDP in the South-West, North-East, North-West and parts of North Central.

So far, Jonathan is only having a good show in Ekiti State in the South-West and Abia State in the South-East from results obtained directly from Polling Units as authoristed by INEC.

In the Nort-East and North-West, Buhari is leading with a wide margin so far. In fact, in Lagos State, President Jonathan is getting some serious bashing from Buhari.

Police arrest man with snatched 300 PVC, others in Ebonyi

Ozemena Odeta among others have been arrested at Ekawoke Ward in Ikwo local government area of the state while distributing Permanent Voters Cards, PVC allegedly snatched from Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC staff during the last distribution exercise in the area, Vanguard reports.

Addressing newsmen immediately after his accreditation, the state Deputy Coordinator, Goodluck/Sambo Presidential Campaign Organization, Ambassador Franklin Ogbuewu stated that the suspect disappeared from the community after stealing the cards but resurfaced during the election.

Reports getting to TrendyRammy has it that two people were killed in a suspected Boko Haram attack on polling stations in northeast Nigeria on Saturday, residents and an election official told AFP. The attacks happened in the villages of Birin Bolawa and Birin Fulani in the Nafada district of Gombe state, which has been repeatedly targeted by the Islamists.

The website of the Independent National Electoral Commission has been hacked. The website is hacked by a group that parade itself as Nigerian Cyber Army. The hacking was confirmed by INEC on its Twitter handle,  @inecnigeria

Gbemi Saraki dumps Jonathan on Election Day, backs Buhari

Things are happening in this strong election. Senator Gbemisola Saraki who has been consistently speculated to have plans to defect from the PDP to the APC may have finally declared for APC and directed all her supporters to vote for Muhammadu Buhari in the presidential election on Saturday.

Gbemi Saraki who is the first daughter of 2nd Republic Senate Leader, Olusola Saraki, has been uncomfortable with PDP in recent times. Her brother, Bukola Saraki, is the leader of APC in Kwara.

It was gathered that she has addressed her supporters and asked them to vote for APC's Buhari.

BREAKING: Bomb explosion rocks Enugu polling unit

A bomb explosion has reportedly rocked a polling unit at the WTC Primary School, Enugu, Saturday morning.

WTC Primary School is located at Enugu North, one of the municipal local government areas in the Coal City State.
The Anti-bomb disposal unit just detonated one of the bombs as at the time of filling this report.
Although journalists are unable to gain entrance to the place, a source said the bomb was laden in a Honda Baby Jeep.
